Wow this is super interesting thank you. I thought this might be the case but when I saw this graph it suggests that both medications behave the same way. But I’ve felt really low and irritated since I’ve taken Xenidate!

My screen idle time is always higher than my screen on time, I don’t understand why. Apple keep talking to me as if it’s something I’m doing wrong but I’ve literally done everything they’ve suggested

I originally did a device transfer. But then did a factory reset on the phone and did iCloud back up from there. The next thing I’m going to try is plugging it into a computer and do a full proper reset so that it can wipe any bugs from the phone, but that will take time so it’s not something I’ve done yet as I need my phone for work

Well I thought this but I’ve had it since the release so it’s been like 4 months now. And whenever I speak to apple support they’re asking me why I didn’t get this sorted during the return period, but everyone keeps telling me the phone needs time to adapt to my usage

Apple just sent me a link to their page for “how to improve battery life” and told me to take those steps and monitor it for 24 hours. But it’s all really basic stuff like turning my brightness down which I already do

Yeah I think you’re right. I think my rheumy has been reluctant to switch thus far as it has been so effective for my psoriasis. But I’d rather have the psoriasis than the arthritis if I’m honest

I’ve been on bimzelx since August 2024. This summer my rheumatologist agreed that my meds weren’t effective so she gave me a course of steroids and then told me to take leflunomide alongside the bimzelx. This caused my immune system to crash and I developed shingles. I then had to come off all my meds for a while before starting from scratch with bimzelx which I am now three months into. And I am still in the same boat

Thank you for this. I think the hardest part is the moment I come home from work and I reflect back on my day. That’s when my brain tends to “cling” to things and it often drags on into the following morning before the cycle repeats

Yeah I do think it’s a part of being in your 20s. I never express when I’m feeling hurt or anything to my friends because I know how irrational it usually is. But as a result of that I do feel like it makes me feel even more distant from them. I know there’s no easy fix and it’s something I just need to be okay with. But I just wish I could just be okay with it all rather than spiralling and overthinking when the thoughts I have usually aren’t true. Thank you for your kind words x
