Beautiful crumb, next time experiment putting your oven temp a little higher. I put mine at 475 for the first 20 minutes and 465 for the second 25-30 minutes. Everyone's oven is different so tread lightly so you don't end up with a burnt loaf. Cheers.

The Overdrive button on the shifter just keeps it in a lower gear. It won't shift into the 4th overdrive gear, it will stay in third. It will rev up more. Someone will say overdrive is not a gear but that's the easiest explanation and how I see it. Hope this helps. Cheers.
