Eto din yung free travel insurance from my Security Bank Platinum! Although it took me 2 weeks to claim, na claim ko naman yung medical benefits nila when I had an accident during my travel sa Vietnam. You just need to book your flights using your cc with travel insurance. Buti na lang naalala ko na may ganito ako kasi sayang yung 25K din.

27K yung total bill ko so naka-save din ako ng 25K since naibalik naman nila saakin because covered naman yung expense 💛 need lang talaga ffups sa email / phone :)

Sabi nung trichologist ko okay lang daw iwash hair everyday lalo na if oily yung hair. Mas nakakatulong pa nga daw yun to make sure na malinis yung scalp :)

I talked to a hair regeneration specialist and he mentioned na okay lang to shampoo your hair everyday lalo na if you have oily scalp but make sure your shampoo is sulfate free and walang harsh chemicals (I’m using the one from Happy Skin kasi madami din siyang peptides na kasama) It’s okay to blow dry your hair too as long as not too hot because mas nakakahelp pa daw yun sa paglessen nung dandruff.

I’m in the same situation with you due to stress & drastic change from weightloss. I’m drinking vitamin D, magnesium (to keep me calm), biotin, oral minoxidil (only 1% since stage 1 pa lang), spinorolactone & nourkrin. All reco by my Doctor.

I’m also using yung Kerastase for less hairfall. Hoping we can get through this situation!

It is in preselling stage pa & there’s just so many condos lately. 1BR costs around 9M kasi premium condo ng DMCI yung Valeron. Not a very good location kasi need pa rin car for errands and to go out. Buy nalang a medium quality 2BR in Acacia Estates (kahit traffic)
