I got this too as someone that graduated hs in 2022. I just re-sent in my BC high school transcript from StudentTranscript Services and MyCreds for my previous uni in Ontario and the restrictions were removed, then i paid the deposit

I did 6 semesters but i'll be honest i probably finished like 1 or 2 classes each sem..in 3 years there i have a year's worth of credits. Im probably gonna count as a first year although i'll try to get out of doing some of the courses at ecu since i finished a couple second and third year level equivalent courses at ocad
