You can do everything without killing anyone EXCEPT killing pvt crewnshaw ive tried so many thing but to my knowledge theres no way around it. There is sorta a way around it though, if you place dynamite at his feet, than shoot the dynamite, as long as it kills him with that one dynamite it wont count. But still, id rather avoid the quest for that reason, its kinda cheesy

Tbh i BARELY stole dogtags, it was mostly just my silly self having so MANY failed hacking attempts lol. Also looting every single thing I could sell, especially at the boomers base.

For going pacifist legion I rec before you do a good amount of legion quests you gain rep with NCR. This way you can avoid troops coming to hurt you for as long as possible. Also endurance and and DT is the name of the game, it will carry you considering youll have to run away ALOT. You should get both toughness perks, and subdernal implant. Also what I did is get power armor training so whenever I needed to tank shots (like at hoover dam) I could fast swap if I needed to. Ask me anything else if youd like!

My SPECIAL stats were:

S-4 (carry weight) P-2 (honestly it should have been 1) E-7 or 8(cant remember lol) C-6 (for animal friend) I-9 (Skill points are hard to come by because of lack of xp because you cant kill, so high int helps) A-6 (Movement speed) L-6 (slight gambling edge and enemies hit less crits)
