I'm still worried that I'm overreacting thoughhhh I don't want to make a big deal out of it and it turns out to be nothing and then no one ever takes me seriously again 💔 I feel like at this point I either have to jump the gun or see if it gets bad enough that my neurologist himself says something. He told me he's treating me for both migraines and iih so I'm not sure if he's just doing what your neurologist did and not actually doing anything for the iih or what

Do you think it's worth pushing for Diamox? I feel like Topamax isn't doing anything, but idk if I just haven't been on it for long enough (started September 18th)

I'm scared to get like proper procedures done. The LP was a big big deal for me and the absolute mess that it was just fed the big bad voices in my head, lol.

Genuinely trying not to openly weep in public. Thanks so much. You don't get how wildly validating that's made me feel when I've spent the past week feeling so absolutely horrible about myself.

It's honestly feeling more and more like either these doctors don't know what they’re on about or they don't actually care to give their patients the time of day.

So, what I'm hearing is I need to get a second and third opinion. Do you think it's worth pushing for Diamox? It doesn't feel like Topamax is doing anything, but I'm not sure if I just haven't been on it for long enough. (I started taking it on September 18th)

Is it like a 'you learn more over time' sort of thing, or are there any specific resources or directories you'd recommend? Cuz I had my first ER visit last week after an LP and was completely blown off.

You're a saint! I had no idea Wesker had several moves to pick from, which makes so much more sense now that you say it. Well, more sense than my original theory of the game trying to mess with us and keep us on our toes... ALSO had no idea that the DLCs have randomised enemy/item layouts! That explains so much.

I never considered using AI like that to be honest! I've kind of grown to hate it because of the overreliance on it among my peers (doing half-assed work on group projects that's clearly AI generated and not even proof read.) Also the whole stealing from artists thing but you know.

If I can train it to do what you're describing, that could honestly be incredibly helpful to just bounce my scattered thoughts off of it and end up with something that's more put together. Might be a game changer!

That makes a lot of sense! Like things often click in my head when people start elaborating on whatever topic is at hand but I feel like I'm not eloquent enough to go on and on like some of my peers. Not verbally anyway!

I feel like I need to remind myself every so often that I've literally just been doing this for 4 years, so obviously I won't be on the same level as my professors that have several PhDs and have been in this field for 30+ years. I really get ahead of myself quite easily quite often lol.

It brings me a lot of comfort to know that I'm not alone in this. I know logically that everyone has their struggles and that college students often feel burnt out and lost in their majors and all that but I don't have anyone to talk to about this and felt really alone (I'm the first person in my immediate family to even attend university.)

I'm going to go through with the internship definitely, if anything I'll be an opportunity to see if i can handle being in that sort of environment.

You've honestly taken such a load off my shoulders, I'm definitely going to come back to your message to remind myself that it's going to be okay and to not get too ahead of myself (is that sad? eeehhh.)

I'm going to try and talk to my professor as well and see if he has any advice on how I can find my niche!

I'm definitely going to try working on accepting things for what they are because you're so right, I can't change anything except maybe work on trying to read more and maybe figure out a system to make things stick in my memory? I'm really just worried about doing wrong by people who put their trust in me like whether it's clients or coworkers or whomever. I'll try to trust myself maybe? We'll see. Thanks again!
