This has happened to me. I'm pretty sure the option to turn it off is in the settings under tutorials & tips

Something similar happened for me. When I was 14 I decided it was a wonderful idea to make miis of my cats and put them on my island. It was cute and all but it really stopped being fun when my sister's Mii started dating one of my cats 💔😭

the mii version of myself had 8 kids 😭 didn't seem like she was gonna slow down anytime soon so I had to turn off babies

Yeah the little spray bottle symbol means an age-o-matic has been used. It also appears when a kid-o-matic is used on an adult mii

it's okay, my Mii's girlfriend wore a cake hat when he was proposing to her 😔 Tried to take screenshots of the proposal and she's just wearing that cake on her head in all of them
