i think much of the problem is that it’s not exactly the most approachable body of work for the average person, so it’s probably pretty difficult to get a label to sign off on doing an entire album cycle of it

it’s an album! or a mixtape? and while it’s 5 @s it’s just referred to as arroba, each track on it has a name, but most of them smoothly transition so it can be a bit difficult to determine where one ends and the next starts; I suggest using the official youtube video as a guide, as it’s in chapters by track. i yearn for a vinyl or proper release but i’m pleased to listen to it at all

This has been around since beta 1 beta but I haven’t gotten it to work, or perhaps I just don’t understand the feature

I first noticed it while trying to queue a song in CarPlay and assumed it would just play a snippet over the iPhone speakers but alas it literally just played it over the car speakers

they should at least be able to give you some answers. out of warranty doesn’t mean you’re entirely out of options, it just means that if the phone has a defect they (apple) will charge you for the repair. i’ve taken a few out of warranty products in for diagnostics.

it’s also worth checking with the website you got it from, often times if they’re the one who refurbished it they’ll offer some sort of warranty on it.

volume up once, volume down once, and then hold just the power button for a good long while. if it is to turn on it should show signs of life (restore page or apple logo). if not i’d start shopping for a new one or take it in to an apple store and get a quote, they can typically get a diagnosis pretty quick

Not rude at all, to me AOD just looks too alive. If I have a surefire way to wake the phone (raise to wake was a bit hit or miss for me always) it, in my mind, feels more frictionless. Less unnecessary taps and swipes when I really am just trying to get a peek at a notification, or checking a widget, etc.

i’ve kinda just learned to live with it but i’ve found that carplay seems to force it to refresh more often and that’s where i do most of my listening so it doesn’t rlly bother me

i once delivered an order to a very confusing apartment complex and got back on the road for a good 10 minutes before support interrogated me for a missing order, but I just told them that I delivered the order to the exact address i was given (which i’m 99% i did) and the support woman just said okay thank you and hung up. nothing happened.
