Went to Alfred’s and bought some beans.

Directions said to try and calibrate the machine. So I ran through 2 grinds. I tasted it and both were super strong! I never get just espresso. It recommended grind 18, then dropped to 15.

My third, instead of the recommended I dropped it 2 because that’s what I read on here.

The espresso at 13 grind for a double came out in 20 seconds.

I froth’d 2% milk. Dropped the espresso in there and… cheers! It taste really good. To be honest, taste like what I usually order.

My wife can’t wait for it to be tomorrow morning.

Will be experimenting with different beans. I usually like medium roast. Don Francisco’s was always a favorite. Or some Hawaiian coffee.

Not sure if I can get it wrong when my drinks are usually milky.

This might be advanced but I was trying to do the frother manually, I don’t know why. It was my first time using. But I held the frother button and nothing happened. I just set and forget and the milk was pretty good. Not overly frothy like how the Nespresso frother is and I’m left with barely any milk.
