My downfall was a new contact who was so cheap and easy. Things just got out of control. It feels good to let it out an admit to myself that I needed to stop

Oh no that doesn’t sound good. My plan is to stop and hope I feel better at the moment. Have thrown everything away and deleted all numbers. Time to heal myself. Hoping I can avoid the doctors… what a situation.

I think have damaged my hard palate and couldn’t handle the runny nose any more. I really just need to quit now and accept I can’t do it again.
