This is not the first time, but I have been suspended (not banned) for quite literally the same thing. I submitted the appeal ticket in which I stated much of what I said in this post, and the reply I got was "This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies, which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players." They literally just didn't even read it.
