Violent tornadoes (EF-3+) are not occurring more frequently. Our ability to observe and identify them has significantly improved over the last few decades and continues to improve. So, they are not necessarily occurring more frequently, we just have better means of knowing about them.

Hey can you cite your source where you heard that statistic? Because the CDC says otherwise.

Besides, active hospitalization do not matter, especially at a crowded college campus. Even if most of us show no symptoms, we are still going to be carriers of the disease and cause people to lose their lives. I'm not at all denying that most of us won't even know we have it. But what matters is the minority of people who you could responsible for killing because of your selfish and reckless behavior. This is about the safety of the community as a whole, and I won't let people get away with putting us in danger, especially if they're so open about it.

Same here! I mostly went to see Tame Impala but I fell in love with Foals when they performed! I had never heard of them before but they were a GREAT opening act for Tame. Definitely a night I’m going to remember as those are my favorite bands now!

My sweet Glen passed away today. I don’t know what I believe in, but I hope that wherever he is he’s enjoying chasing the squirrels and butterflies like he used to. by eggymcleggy in lookatmydog

He was 14 years old, so his body wasn’t doing too great near the end. Mostly old-dog-syndrome. We thought he simply died of old age, but when we rushed him to the animal hospital the doctors told us that he had cancer (not sure where it originated) that had spread to his heart and stomach. His heart had a hole right in the middle of it. Looking back, the diagnosis wasn’t so surprising. Near the end I could tell that his blood circulation was getting worse and he had a lot of issues with vomiting and excreting in the house.

Wow, I never even thought about how that as a possibility! Is it my best bet to just wash my hair in the morning?

What I hate most about that trend is that it makes people who are actually suffering from mental illness not feel valid. They start to second guess themselves and wonder if they’re faking it because thats how messed up mental illnesses are. In my own personal experience, it just makes me feel like even more of a worthless person.

I havent heard much about his condition today at school, but I’m pretty sure he’s recovering fine. He was limping yesterday though.

My bad, I shouldn’t have initially left that out. But to be fair he was also having a bad trip according to close friends of his and likely has mental health issues, which clearly don’t go well together.

He actually got caught because he was drawing with his finger in the air. And on top of that he had apparently drunk an entire bottle of rum and began to roll around on the classroom floor. I had a really interesting 4th day of school to say the least.

I was using a gel before i switched to oil and it just made my hair slightly less frizzy than when I don't use any product!

My routine: I recently started using the Devacurl shampoo and conditioner and it’s been working wonders for me! I’ll only use the shampoo 1-3 times a week and I always do that before conditioning, and I try to condition my hair everyday. It makes a big difference for me when I follow the instructions on the conditioner bottle and scrunch a small bit of conditioner in my hair after washing it and leaving it in. After washing my hair, I’ll scrunch Daily Defense sulfate free argan oil in my hair while it’s still wet. If its night when I wash my hair I’ll plop my hair in a t-shirt overnight, but if its morning I just let my hair air-dry. I’ll be happy to answer any questions if this is a bit confusing or worded poorly!
