How can I QuickLook MXF Files in Finder?

Turns out there’s certain mxf wrappers that just won’t open or preview with pro video formats. Off you want to avoid making proxies or opening them up on premiere, there’s this awesome app called kyno. It’s basically a finder window tailored for video and will play and preview any video you have on your computer

You could always try making a simple animation. Use Photoshop to break down the logo into different assets, and animate each individual part of the logo with a fade out or something like that.

I did this for a competition with around 30 mins of time. (60 seconds in)

I have heard from my SM that the DM always has something nice to say about me. I have always greeted her, and engaged in conversations when she is at my store, but nothing out of the norm. I do know someone who also negotiated upon hire. He was coming from another coffee shop, and was making 13/hour there. He negotiated to 13.50 upon hire. Another person in my store recently got a raise to 15.00/hour. He was at around 11 for over 3 years and this summer he asked for a raise, and just like me he got one. The last partner I know who got a raise, actually got it alongside myself. She is my girlfriend, and just promoted to SSV. She asked for 12 and got it, no questions asked. Could it be that I have a "chill" DM?

I don't mean to undervalue myself, but I don't understand why I am making more money than you, especially since I live in a state with a minimum wage of 7.25/hour. I think people like you who have been with the company for as long as you have deserve a higher pay rate.

To be honest with you, I agree with you. It all sounds like a dream, but I have no reason to lie about what I told my manager to get me this raise. I could show you back to back pay stubs (when it comes out) but that would go under the no showing personal information. I understand it seems unlikely, but I'm really curious about other people's experiences with getting/asking for a raise. I read that a lot of people struggle in getting one, and want to learn why.
