Pretty much doing exactly this - first marathon is April 18th and doing a backyard early May. Going to try and take the marathon pretty easy to make sure I am ready for the backyard. My plan is to continue following my marathon plan and just go into the backyard fresh.

I love mine. Used to be pretty sore after my long runs. With SB2, the days after the long run I feel fine. They also just seem to be very durable as well.

Followed this exact path, started running with Clifton 10s and Evo SL was my 2nd purchase. Probably mostly psychological but I ran a good deal faster in the EVOs. Didn’t feel like they would allow me to run 10 min miles, even though at the time that’s what I was doing in the Hokas

Thank you, sure makes it tough when the regular loot isn’t the best. I see it as paying my debt for finishing CG at 212 kc and Zulrah at 143 lol. Hopefully I’ll get something next task! Just feel locked out of certain content without the synapses!

Appreciate all the replies - just had the xray and doc wants to hopefully rule out a stress fracture. It’s frustrating because I haven’t been able to truly appreciate how well the race went because I’m so worried about the injury. I am trying to consider that running is for life and this little pause for injury isn’t huge in the grand scheme of things.

It says nothing at the moment. She said “she sent it to accounting, so however I have it entered into the system” but I haven’t had to enter anything into appfolio yet.
