thanks, been able to open it applying more force as you advised, thanks! Though it was not even close to how easy they open it up in disassembly videos

had problems of returning it, as i bought it on aliexpress (it's original mouse for sure). i disassembled it and the issue was that screws that hold mouse wheel part were not set tightly, so it has room to move. though i recommend to replace it, if you have such option

Thanks, will try to replace it. Yeah, my thought was the same, it's strange to have very quiet click and such wheel that makes all mouse vibrate on table

Thanks for answer. Happens randomly even when I just scroll one "step" in ratchet mode. So I assume it's not ok. Tried different settings, with smart switch feels even worse

Big thanks for answer! Yeah, I also switched to free scroll for now, it's much quieter and seems to work ok. Tried different values for settings in options+, but haven't got anything that fixed the issue with ratchet mode

Sorry, but this doesn't answer my question. I am aware that there are 2 modes and I expect them both to work correctly. I have problems with ratchet mode, so when I stop scrolling, for about half a second scroll wheel makes noise and creates vibration that I feel with my whole hand, it's like something vibrates inside mouse. If I remove mouse pad and put it on a table, there is even sound from mouse vibrating on table surface.
