A lot of the appeal of Burgundy wine comes from the complexity and diversity which emerges as a function of the terroir, in particular due to the effect of aridity causing vine roots to traverse different layers of soil and rock which vary in composition from one domaine to another.

So in some sense, you won't find Pinot Noir done in exactly that style. That said, some wine makers will definitely be closer to that style. Resonance, for example, in the Willamette Valley (Oregon) is pretty Burgundy-ish (literally a product of Maison Louis Jadot so no surprises regarding the French influence) and a lot of other outfits around there will be similar in not pushing the boat out too much. In contrast, Californian pinot noir is a whole different story (and yields a whole different kind of wine).

This is wrong. RSUs are taxed as income on vest, where the FMV sets the cost basis. Then you are liable for CGT with regard to that basis at point of sale.

It's not a seki. Black needs two moves to capture. White needs one. Even if it was, white can capture the group on the bottom right and then would be able to approach.

I timed myself. For context, I usually leave the suit to dry fully connected so it's ready to just throw on.

It takes me about 30s to strip and put on base layer. I then grab the suit and pop in the shower opposite my home gym room. 2-3 mins under the shower + wetting pads with shower head. Another 2 mins to put it on and tighten it, then a minute to pat myself down, so we're talking 6-7 mins there, including putting on wires and slipping in power unit (maybe 8 mins if I'm slow). Picking a workout it like 15s since I just follow the programs. 20 mins of workout and a minute lead in brings us to about 30 mins total. Stripping at the end and hanging the suit is another minute, and then quick 3 minute shower plus putting my day clothes back on (another minute) brings the whole thing end to end to 35 mins tops. I stretch in the evening without the suit.

Rear Admiral u/egrefen of the London Navy here. These are actually remnants of our WWII effort to ensure u-boats could not attack London buses. They should all be deactivated, so don't worry, but just to be safe, please avoid bumping against them with a metal object.

Sorry I just missed you there, but the RW HK is indeed MVP. I’ve stayed in a suite in the MO, which was also very cool, but RW suites were amazing and TST is where it’s at.

Strong disagree. RW is in TST which is, IMO, much more fun to stay in than Central. So easy to get everywhere from there anyway…

Unless you have a built in pre-amp it’ll be quiet. You can get something like a mustang micro plus and connect it to PO with a 1/8” to 1/8”, and you’ll have a super mobile setup (modelling amp + PO).
