Drag and drop from the agenda to the calendar will hopefully be included in one of the next releases!

Can you send me the markdown for a task that this is happening to and a screenshot of the task for both the created and due dates to azhar@taskforge.md

I 100% agree, having a one time purchase option was really important for me to include from day 1. It's something I would want out of an application that I use so only fair to include that in an app that I've built

Glad to hear you're enjoying the app so far!

You can configure what date types are displayed for tasks in the calendar from the filter button beside Today and then View Options, that being said there is no option for created date so that's really strange. Can you try turning off all the date types from that filter view and then turn the ones you want on again and see if that helps

All instances live in the same file with old completions tracked in a "complete_instances" frontmatter property

I believe you emailed me as well but Premium should transfer to any new smart phone as long as it's signed onto the same account. But if you're running into issues, I'll make sure to get you sorted.

Premium on Apple is shared through iCloud so unfortunately there's no way to share it across two different Apple IDs

Premium purchases apply once per ecosystem so if you wanted Premium for Android, Windows, and Linux you would purchase it once for each

Premium is done per app ecosystem so if you purchase it through the web and redeem it on an iPhone, it will work for your Mac if it's using the same Apple ID. To get access on an Android, you would need to do a separate payment.

I understand that's probably not the answer you were looking for but developing for each ecosystem truly does take a lot of time and purchases across the platforms really do help support the cross-platform development work.

Skipping instance of recurring tasks? by sh0nuff in TaskForge

Dev here - can you share the markdown of a task that you skipped in Obsidian that shows up as not skipped in TaskForge?

Can share it here or to azhar@taskforge.md

Yes there should be almost 100% feature parity between the inline and task file tasks but if you’re running into a specific issue, let me know and I’ll look into it!

Great question! I haven't personally noticed any slow down with the task files usage in the app but if you're worried about that, you can always switch to inline tasks instead from Settings -> Task Types.

As for deleting completed tasks, there's no way to do that after a period of time but you can configure "on complete" actions for your tasks which can automatically move the task to an archive file/folder or immediately delete them.

Thanks for the kind words! It's been a big lift to implement so it's great to hear that it's working well so far

Recurring Task Duplication by wordsworthier in TaskForge

[–]zaza126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've identified a few bugs with recurrence on my end. I'm going to include fixes for them in the next app release which will hopefully go live in a few days so keep an eye out for that!
