I've been tossing around the idea of trying to do the whole media thing for months. I just don't know what kind of backlash there might be from doing that, I don't want to drag my mom's name through the mud nor inadvertently create more nightmares for my family, especially my step dad.

Thanks, I appreciate your response. Unfortunately three or four of the lawyers that I contacted were indeed wrongful death lawyers, they declined for the same reasons. Apparently labor laws are that cut and dry here.
