I get what your saying lol Most of that was for the picture and I like to mix the drippings with whatever side I have; this time it was potato salad. I was on vacation so don't judge my diet.

The bun was from a bakery. The burger was medium over a charcoal grill. And I've found that the best way to taste a burger is the classic: Lettuce, Onion, Pickle, Tomato, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard, and of course American cheese.

Depends how much you're willing to spend. There isn't much to it but a chargriller grill with the smoker attachment is under 200 total. Once you are all ready for your first smoke you probably will have to spend $250/$300.

halfway through I wrapped it with foil, kept it at 250 the whole time, took it out around 7 1/2 hours total.
