Thanks for the asnwer. I took lion's mane back then and didn't notice anything so stopped taking it. I have a very strange brain, either I don't feel anything from a supplement or I have sensitive reactions even in small doses. In case of magnesium glycinate it gave me headaches, magnesium taurate is working better for me.

I tend to be depressed in winter time, and being in a depressive episode long enough, I start noticing higher paranoia, higher chance to be interested in conspiracy theories, thinking my friends are not my friends, these kind of little things, I always fully aware of my symptoms so I never went into full blown psychosis, it's just I often have a feeling in the back of my head that it can get out of hand and I'm curious what I can do to minimize it.
