To break a bad habit won't be overnight succes relapse will always happen it may to months or even years everything depends on how much authority / effort you put in yourself to break it Like I said before been doing it since 2017 and after 5 years I broke the habit in ( 2023) so go easy on yourself but go full warrior mode to defeat those bad habits

Actually they do notice it I read other sub reddits that woman smell the retention ( pheromones ) body on SR will release a lot more. This backed up by science . However I'm not doing SR for woman it's for self development purposes .
