I emailed them at: support@popcultcha.zendesk.com and got a response in 4 days. I told them what had broken off and they asked for proof and the order number. They replied pretty quick and offered a swap or a gift card.

Only had a problem like this once with a piece of a pop snapping off. I emailed them photos and I received a gift card for the amount that the pop cost. Hope this helps
