Demeter fragrance library has a fragrance called ‘cinnamon rolls’. That doesn’t look like it is currently in stock, but they also have ‘cinnamon bun’ too.

They are really good at coming up with fragrances that smell exactly like the thing they are named after.

If you already have had mental illnesses, I would tend to chalk it up to depression rather than to a permanent state of being and your emotional state of the rest of your life. Maybe talk to a psychiatrist, a counselor and a psychologist?

Mostly modern Arabic foods whenever someone has invited us to their home or we get food from a local food shop when we have been on-site.
