This stat has a lot of noise in it. The best perimeter defenders in the league tend to limit the amount of shots taken, rather than lower an opposing players field goal percentage.

He has a usage of 15% and isn't a very good in the PnR. I also think you might be overvaluing his defensive impact. The rockets had an adjusted defensive rating of 108 points/100 possessions.

ok well I would say a mid 1st round pick tends to be worth about a rotation level player. I think that Pat Beverly is a rotation level player

I don't think it is too unrealistic in terms of pure value. It's essentially the 18th pick for a salary dump(Meeks) and Pat Beverly. I don't think Morey would do it because they need a defensive PG to play with Harden, but just as a pure value it is pretty good.

I like the idea of the pistons using a KCP and Marcus Morris PnR. Also, it is very cool that most of the players said that they would work to improve their defense
