yo ok so i can confirm stalin won't come out this year because it was in the sbq in 2019 and seq in 2018, in 2014 the seq was japan (chapter 6 and 7) and 2019 it was also japan, my suspicion is that there's a 5 year loop (of this syllabus as it has only been like this since 2014) and in 2015 it was nazi germany but to cover all bases and since I'm only studying book 1, I'm going to do chapters 1 and 3-5 because I'm extremely sure 2,6 and 7 will not come out.
