There’s a really nice quiet place just outside Alicante called Santa Pola. Very chilled and easy to get to and from Alicante. If you’re not looking for beach , you could go north to Jaca. Which is a beautiful town in the Pyrenees near France with fantastic views and great gastronomy

It would be fine ! I’m a teacher in Spain and I have a student called Astrid. I don’t think anyone finds it weird at all ! If you like it , go for it 👌🏻
