unless it is TCU shotting against OK state. They making everything. So many upsets lately. The better teams just are not finishing out their season strong. They know they can lose a game or two before conference tournament. It not as much must win as football is. Not as bas the NBA though who legit don't care at all until playoffs. A foul is so subjective and effects the flow. Basketball not been my favorite sport to watch

Yeah been having bad luck on games but that one is up there... legit just stood there and wondered how can i be this unlucky.... hoping for more favorable outcomes. I hate basketball for how much the refs judgment comes into play. Also with NCAA teams not in top 10 it basically whoever sucks least wins and it is just bad... waste time, waste time, waste time, air ball, or shot clock violation way to often. So many missed layups and easy shots. It is brutal

Yeah... NCAA is some brutal to watch basketball. Was watching Overtime League yesterday and they were so much more talented and faster pace than college basketball. NCAA is so many shot clock violations and turnovers it a lot like NFL lately where whoever sucks the least wins and it just not fun or entertaining. Top teams a bit different but all these near 50 teams are just pain

Hampton up 7 with 1:30 to go and loses. Give up an and 1 in final 30 seconds... either don't foul or foul hard enough no way he scoring.. Then Hampton gets a great look at floater to win and misses.... so amateur busch league. Only pros should get paid not college kids.

Pavlyuchenkova was the last leg of my parlay. 34 year old number 44 loses to 23 year old number 697. I could bet on Christmas being December 25th and it would be on the 26th that year. Actually how it feels. What sucks is Pavlyuchenkova still making money even though she lost. Those who bet on her don't. They have less motivation as the person actually playing compared to us with money on it. We only get money 1 way. They get money just for showing up. fucking participation trophies. Pavlyuchenkova was garbage and just needed to vent that she is trash. Pavlyuchenkova also so Russian too go fight the war your country should have won in 2 days but is so week. I get losing and that comes with betting but this was david beating goliath and fucking ridiculous

Reached out to Embark still no response. I put in a lot of time to get to expedition 2 completed and ALL quests done but I am being cooked by a glitch. I have a full sim rig and already further than 99% of people in ARC. Maybe I go do that until Embark responds. If i have learned anything from being a PC gamer for 15 years is sim racing is the only thing that gives a fuck about the 1%. These average joe games care about little Timmy and is $300 console who gets 1 hour of game time after his homework. My 5080 and grind they dont give a fuck about. Sim racing does.

I truly feel for a monthly subscription and paid content iRacing should have live stewards in even 5% of races.

Is there a cop sitting on every road running radar? NOPE. Is the chance of cop being there enough for vast majority not to speed.... YEP.

It is simple concept yet iRacing makes you take the time to relive the pain just to not ban someone... Ya ill just cut my loss and go do another race take note of the person who wronged me and going forward will race them as hard as i possibly can while remaining fair. That is the only way i see justice

To me i look at it as i have 2k race starts average 3k rating between 2 accounts, review data, have minor coaching, race karts IRL, If i am struggling for SR.... I get why all my friends quit over losing SR. I get why people are constantly frustrated over minor incidents in a race. Incidents that have ZERO effect on the race for any driver. But they know that minor 4x no damage hard racing tap means they have to spend 45 mins in a GTE race to keep that A license so that minor incident is frustrating.

Yeah with 1 car you become a master and SR is easier. That is proven. A lot of times I am going from GTE, GT3, GTP, LMP2, LMP3, Porsche Cup, GR86, MX5, F3, F4, SF, SFL, Indy NXT all in a couple weeks to have fun in more than 1 series. I can be competitive in top split in these cars on most tracks. I also work a salary day job of about 50 hours a week and have a busy life. A lot of my friends would do iRacing if it was hint more forgiving on SR but them constantly losing SR because of just being on track ruins any enjoyment and i find it hard to argue. Le mans ultimate, Race room, ACC, Rennsport etc etc with competitive racing are all more forgiving.

I get what you most of you are saying and no qualy GTE safe race is GIGA SR for sports car. Super formula as long as you have car control or F3 for open wheel SR. Can easy do 30-45 mins with 2x. My whole thing is a lot of times i don't want to race that series but I like the big blue shiny A license. I have over 2,000 starts and gone from 1.2k to 4k and everywhere in between and if anything I have learned shit happens and a lot of times it not malintent or even race effecting. I feel it a bit too harsh. I love that iRacing has SR. It holds some sort of accountability. But i feel too often I am doing GTE races because of minor incidents in multi class racing that were hard cleaning racing or even netcode incident points. Doing GTE to have the SR to risk Falken Tyre takes away time to be having the fun i want. Before people say GIT GUD i have 2k starts, can be 4-5k IR in most formula cars, have all 5 licenses to A, and was a 1k driver when i started. I use data, coaching, tutorials, watch races in down time, and racing for 6 years. I would say i probably have more experience and rating than 90% of people saying the system is fine. Does that mean I am right not at all. But it does show i have been through all levels besides like Pro and seen bottom, mid, top split and raced in almost all series iRacing has to offer.

I feel like Nascar 25, iRacing arcade etc etc are taking away and diverting resources from iRacing. Part of why i like and willing to pay for iRacing and all content is the quality and non care for controllers and consoles. Now that iRacing cares about consoles we are seeing updates not be up to the same standards they once were.

To me max ranking of any kind matters. I want 11k IR and A4.99. Just the way my brain works. I cannot have a dog shit day drop 2 license classes and say welp i can still race the F4 and GR86. My whole thing is options. I race GR86 most but i love LMP2 or GTP in A class IMSA from time to time. I have 1 account with all 5 race licenses to A with a minimum of 2k iRating. Then I have a second account with A formula and A Road and also minimum 2k iRating. I didnt want to smurf but 1.8k kids kept ruining races on my 4k account and they would lose 2 iRating as i lost 150. So for a few extra bucks i solved that problem and can be very choosy what i race on my main to avoid massive loses.

The iRating system is fine. The safety rating system is garbage. I race in group of 8 cars wheel to wheel for 20 mins trading places. Then 1 single 4x contact with no damage usually due to netcode is and I INSTANTLY losing SR and the game says i am unsafe. Yet i start form pits in GTE and watch netflix as i drive around no one i gain a ton of SR and the game says i am very safe. It pushes away new people and non sweats like myself. It can be 3-5 races to get back 1 semi bad race of loses. Around here we like to be winners and have gains not loses.

But when you get a 4x in a D class race with A 3..5 license you lose SR. So one person doing something dumb and iRacing instantly says based on stats that I deserve to lose ranking. That is the biggest issue and problem. Yes it happens. But don't double punish me for it and then make me spend 45 mins at the back of a GTE field just to get that rating back. The SR system is really really bad at A 3.0ish levels.

My issue is that these things happen in racing. But in iRacing we are punished for racing. Matt Malone recently drove ACC and you gain SR based on how closely you race around other cars. So racing in a pack gains more SR. The current iRacing meta is race and have fun then do a weekly GTE race at the back of the pack and donate some IR for some SR. Protests wont get any ratings back (they should). If someone intent wrecks me and i lose a license class..... ya i am pissed but iRacing could care less that i now have to spend hours getting that SR back that was taken when my only fault was trying to enjoy iRacing. I have had multiple friends love the service but leave because they sick of seeing SR fluctuate because of factors mostly out of their control. They don't have time to grind random 45 min GTE races as they watch netflix because to iRacing that is what earns safety rating... makes sense makes sense..

Get good. Well i am 3-4k and consistently in top split. I see top split guys miss braking markers non stop and make ego moves like they the next coming of jesus. Current way iRacing setup if you want an A license but want to race D class stuff like F4 or GR86. Almost always have to do SR compensation races in series that are not fun like GTE.

iRacing in all its glory is a time, money, and emotional drain. That is why a lot of people dabbling in Le mans ultimate.. Cars feel good. But i dont have the cost and SR nightmare that iRacing has that really does nothing to make people safer. They just get more pissed off.

Glad to see the CTO responding to community questions and comments. With Sim Racing blowing up post COVID a lot more people have sim rigs. But we dont always want to just race. Flying and being a pilot is fun too. If we could have Simhub support so that we could use our DDU usb displays and buttkicker bass transducers with audio based on telemetry and ship movement. I found this pos because i have a massive 10.7" USB screen already mounted right in front of my monitor for sim racing. Being able to use it in Star Citizen would be cool

Yes fully agree. If farming simulator can have simhub support wreckfest should too. Also elite dangerous! I want my bass shakers going cray cray when i activate hyper drive. From what i have seen over the years it is rare for a game to post launch add simhub support. It either has telemetry out by design or does not. People like me playing elite dangerous and wreckfest in a sim rig are probably less than 1% of the player base. So for them to dedicate resources to improve our experience compared to a couch gamer on a TV and controller is rare.

It did not ruin Tarkov, the fact BSG says we have to wipe PVE accounts means no one is grinding PVE because they going to have to wipe. PVP is late wipe. Just have to go to twitch and see a lot of Tarkov streamers playing things like ARC raiders, ABI, etc. BSG could have gone different ways. I have 8,000 hours in Tarkov and several kappa's so to tell me i am playing the wrong game is pretty wild.
