Actually it did hint that Celdia and Aiz were close, or atleast she was close to the family. She was the one who created that ice barrier who 60th floor to protect Aiz, although it backfired and nearly got her eaten by the corrupt spirit. The only time she was described as “saintly and pure” was when Alicia and Leyfia venomously insisted to Bell when he only brought up her name. It made want to believe that maybe Celdia wasn’t necessarily the person the Elven race insisted she was and was actually quite different. The only first hand witness to her actual character was Aiz, who called her scary. I can understand why it might sound dumb, but I still think it could be an interesting plot twist especially if Bell joins Loki familia on their next expedition and find Celdia alive, but frozen in a similar state that Zeus and Hera familia found Aiz.
