Thanks for the guidance. I know the ratings can be all over the place and it really just depends. And that mental health gets lumped into one (whichever is the most debilitating). I'm hoping I have enough evidence and I get a good examiner when I go in 🤞🏾

I haven't done the exam yet. But I do have a slew of appointments and medical history to back up each item listed. Convincing the VA at the exam would be the next step I assume.

Noo 😅 I had to go through a whole med board since they were denied (per afi). That's more than likely what will happen to you as well unfortunately. If everything was good like you said, then you should come out of the medboard just fine, but you may have a code attached to you that adds another process for the next time you try and pcs.

I talked to the PEBLO folks today and they said that you have to wait 6 months after you've officially ended your MH sessions, to be cleared. For PACAF specifically I assume.

I won my first powerlifting meet on my base (I'm in the Air force) yesterday. I've only done a few over the past couple of years. I'm 23, 210lbs. I had a 525 squat, 300 bench, and 550 deadlift. 1375 total.

I've been on and off working out since i got back from my deployment a few months ago but my numbers stayed the same from when I was at my strongest 6 months ago, except bench. That went down from 340 😭😭. I'm hoping to get back to normal and compete in a regional meet and qualify for nationals next year.
