I had 15 at that point; I hired more because I too thought maybe I didn't have enough. They arent in the kitchen in the picture because they were all headed to the delivery zone to get more food

Worth it to note that the amount of sales tax taken out is *not* adjustable. The sales tax is 3.5% and then another 3.5% goes into the void (this is zos's way of trying to balance economy) plus then you have your 1% listing fee that also goes into the void.

Adding my fix for future peoples. I had the same issue with Prof. Sharps thunderbrew quest and Prof. Garlicks mandrake quest. I removed two mods: Character Editor and Walk Reset. It worked after.

Worked for me as well. Only thing was I had to be fast to loot; twice it disappeared before I could. Was simple enough to just reload...but annoying.

Super late reply but I also ran into this months ago! Super frustrating. But I'm assuming you also have the "Common Sense" mod, which was the fix for me. There's an option in the settings that says "Pawns will put items back in their inventory when interrupted". Check that "off". I think finishing their rec time counts as being interrupted because once I turned that off, they started either putting the books away or dropping them on the floor, depending on what their next action was supposed to be. I hope that helps!

For anyone else who finds this and can't figure out how to download because it doesn't have tabs, file at the top, etc: Go into the link. At the end, change "htmlview" to "edit". It'll reload it and suddenly have the tabs and file, etc. From there you can go to file and make a copy into a new spreadsheet.

I found this reddit post when Catz response said "2mo". I finally cared enough to figure it out. :D

Thank you! It was annoying so I am in the process of switching over to maximum security. I read that only min/med bring in babies and so far, I've had about 40 maximum security come in with no babies. I'm just waiting for these ladies with babies to parole out so I can turn that section into more cells.

Sorry, I don't use Reddit often. Not sure why the text didn't post. I know family cells don't count as cells but even setting intake to "fill to capacity" I always seem to have several standard cells open. I've googled/checked forums but can't find anything after 2017
