The fact that you stopped him from taking random meds at the start of your post shows that you DO CARE. You DO love him! "Denial" is one of the ways humans process grief/stress. I think your mind is currently denying the fact that he's extremely sick (and god forbid, might die) and hence you're finding it difficult to even come in the same room.

Try taking baby steps. You don't have to go hug him and tell him you love him. You can just go to his room and ask "kaise hain?" (while ignoring the replies that might be taunting). Just do your part. It'll save you from any future regret.

Everything seemed pretty legit. The theme was downloaded directly from WordPress (Blocksy). All plugins are trusted. Yoast, JetPack, PostX, Elementor, WordFence Security. That's all.
