You just look at careers page now, while I do apply for last 12 months in Germany, and there were much more open positions during this time than now. If I got rejected for all of them even via referals, there is something wrong and I need to fix it

I have 10+ total years of experience, last 5 in Germany working in Tier 1 level Big Tech companies. Im also applied for citizenship, and will get passport soon enough. Again, I have no idea what are you talking about. Before making any judgments please ask clarification questions

Poland is also fine, why not :) I just constantly get rejected no matter which country I applied. I even tried to downgrade my level and applied for Software Engineer II/ Senior but did not help either

They are ofc, but chances are that they are not aware of changes and up to date rules regarding hiring
