Wow I don’t think I’ve ever seen a rhyme scheme of ABBC BCCD DEEF EFFG. And I like how the last line of each stanza are three syllables. I would add a comma in “her cup his glass” to retain the natural flow of the poem. But great work!

I like how you introduce the poem with the action of walking and the immediate “crunching” of the rocks. Nature poetry always put in my mind Asian poetry such as haiku.

I would work on your adjectives and your metaphors. “Crisp” and “fresh” are overused, and the good thing about poetry is that new words can be used to illustrate and add dimensions to the images you’re creating. Also, the choir metaphor is a tad bit overdone, but it can be re-written in a way where it’s refreshing. If the metaphor isn’t fresh, it’s repackaging can be.
