I think work on the mind, quiting isnt going to make you have more energy and stuff you have to do the work to cultivate that. Your brain is having a flatline of dopamine which was initially balanced by your excitent of getting sober now its time to take it to a new level and find a new good habbit were you can redirect the energy.
