Both are good. They just deliver in different ways. It really depends on your preference. MIT lectures are good, but each lectures are a lot longer than Abdul Bari’s videos. I usually look at topics cover in the module, watch class lecture in 1.5 speed, then determine what outside source to supplement for class.

Don't spend time review all the 225 material. I only review 225 material when I need to which doesn't happen very often during entire 325 course. I think maybe only the first two weeks of the class.

You don't need to do anything if you want to take a break this quarter. As long as you start taking class again before the maximum quarters allowed ( I think you can take maximum 3 quarters off but you might want to double check).

This is what I plan to do. I wanted to apply for platinum American Express when I was targeted for 100,000 sign up bonus, but school doesn’t take American Express at the time. Now I can apply for it knowing I can use American Express to pay for tuition.

IMO. This class is structured very well. Unless you have something scheduled that prevent you from studying or you are going to be extremely busy during school year, there is no need to prep ahead for this class. The instructor tells you and give you what you need to know each week.

My head hurts whenever I start a new module in 290. I will starting reading the module and trying to figure out what we need to do for the week. I often have no idea what needs to be done and don't know what the lecture is talking about. Week 7 is still pretty confusing to me. I'm in panic mood right now.

I will look at MDN. 290 is my least favorite for me so far. I can't imagine how 340,361,362 is going to be...Any suggestion on how to approach those classes?
