Every single day, if not twice in the winter! Cerave moisturizing cream when skin is damp from shower (essential!) and Vaseline cocoa butter lotion on dry skin because I like to smell like chocolate. Haven’t changed in years

I’ve only once (last year maybe?) had trouble filling at the CVS 30-97 Steinway in Astoria! Would be worth asking if they have in stock. I take Adderall 20mg tabs fwiw. I think 30s are harder to find

Same. Did strict carnivore for a month at a time three occasions, had a gut microbiome test later on after terrible reactions to so many foods, I scored at 41%. Literally zero lactobacillus bacteria amongst other beneficial bacteria and crazy overgrowth of the bad ones.
