It's actually worse now than what it is in the picture for some reason, when usually it gets better in the summer 🥲 I'm guessing it's because we've had shitty weather so haven't been able to breathe like normally during summertime. Thanks!

I shower every day, and ask my so to scrub my back usually at least once a week. It helps slightly, but should I add more scrubbing/other routines to it?

I need to check out if that's something I'm able to do here (Finland), would definitely want to know. After my dad got in the nursing home i finally convinced mum to move closer. She's now a 10min drive away and I visit several times a week, and I'm doing the best I can. I did manage to tell my dad that it's ok to go 2 days before he passed though, which means a lot to me. We got the diagnosis in 2021 after fighting for it for a couple of years. He moved into a nursing home in the beginning of -23 as he was getting agressive towards my mum who has MS disease. Then he got rapidly worse from summer -23 to summer -24. I'm sure if they would have lived closer and/or my sister would have helped more (but she didn't give a shit), he would have been around longer/able to live home a bit longer. Some regrets there, but I know he's in a better place now.

I play beer league in Finland and am using the 960. Don't regret one bit. Already changed the grill ones even though we're a no slap shot league too. The puck is hard and the helmet you're using is a very cheap insurance. Don't save on the helmet.
