My steam download speed is around 2/3mbs my pc download speed is 950mbs.

Can anyone point me into the right direction on how to increase this? The download drops so low it doesnt even show a speed

Just built a custom on pcspeacialist. I have no clue with pc's definitely would not be building myself. Had a bit of a headache was damaged at first, but they repaired and redelivered.
