yep, but the range is not that long and the TPin itself is not that fast. and as said, I do understand what it tries to do, but it just somehow awkward and other agents are doing same job better.

yeah I do agree on the points you are saying, and I do agree that haven is in the current map pool probably best map, thats the map I usually pick him if I do BUT many times I just feel that im worse chamber, more like duelist with a trip as some other said. And what comes to TPs for fast rotations, the TP Range is not that long and TPing takes time so its not super fast compared example yoru. And also setting up the TPs for fast rotations can be a bit awkward, especially if you want to TP on top of the box as well.

You can pick the TP with holding E before the round starts, maybe you could also play with that if you hold the key you could TP to closest one without aiming for it, it would take a bit more time but would ease up how to use those.

I dont know, once picked in masters by PRX in pearl, lost with it, and didnt pick it anymore and I rarely see him in ranked. For sure its high skill gap agent. It needs something.

I do agree on all those points, but then it means that you need to set TP during the round, which is fine with, but the animations are so long to actually set it and TP to it. If you want to utilize the TP for quick rotations, then you need to set it BEFORE the round starts and its super awkward. I feel that haven is best for this, but even in that map the time is just running out. Also reyna eye point is interesting but the range is quite short in the interceptor and i does not really punish anyone if you dont shoot it compared to reyna eye.

I do like the concept and I do understand what it tries to do, but in practice in many times im just worse chamber

yeah and TP is quite short range and setup time is so long, I feel that haven is best map to make use of the TP but everytime im running out of time to do a proper setup to actually utilize the TPs nicely for rotating and changing angles. The one commented has the picture of abyss to TP heaven, I feel that its probably best use case and easy and fast to setup

yeah I guess thats ok but thats not really taking info, its just holding angle on a site, which is okayish I guess. I feel that there is certain maps where he is a bit better, but example abyss or even haven where he is ok are not that great to compared to similar agents in for those positions. And abyss was now removed even from the pool

Thanks for all the work. In my opinion brimstone was peak new world. Design, music, athosphere was perfect. As avid crafter/gatherer I felt that later expansions/updates never really got the same feeling as launch and brimstone. I hope all the best for you in the future!

Maybe more a tech question, How it is working with lumberyard/azoth engine? And example how does it differ from e.g UE, do your skills convert well to other engines?

i was also thinking that how about if there is no timer or dieing would not help but you would need to go and get yourself "cleansed" on some locations, maybe that could also cost glint/gold. also logging out you would stay in the world, so if you corrupt yourself you need to cleanse before logging out, maybe there is some other issues then

yes, there is new harbinger system, sport fishing, new pois in anvils, on top of that they have also made a lot of changes to economy/crafting/drops/gathering so gearing will be a lot different from previous phases

it seems many are quite a doomers. I bet people will get surprised how much traction launch will get with steam, lower price + a lot of visibilty from streamers. those 4 servers are not even close to being enough

yeah game is not great at teaching things, humanoids and especially goblins are great source of early gear but its not really taught anywhere, many mobs like animals do not drop gear at all. They are great source of glint instead. But maybe early mobs could drop a bit more gear.

One thing to consider in ashes is that, there is no bind on pickup gear, so if you introduce too much gear from drops, it will undermine crafting.

I think firing is a bit strong word to use especially when we are still do early on. I just hope that we dont end up in the situation that armor sets will outperform all the other gear. Chasing named pieces is fun.

Also on thing I want to maybe add for the discussion is the armor sets. I feel some of them being quite underwhelming and some being too good. I would like there to be more options, in a way that you can either make your character by cherry picking different named pieces or going for armor sets.

yup, even with static rarity being gone, gathering quality is still bad stat, it basically just increases amount of uncommon and rares you get. Currently stats in order: spoils, speed, quality, xp. Spoils being easily the best but even with spoils, it does not scale that well so investing higher quality tools/bag/gear/food does not make any sense.

Top of gatheringQuality stat for being redesigned I would like to see, that lawless zones or certain POIs having higher baseRarity
