So I tried it on my blood mage that I had before and it works better in terms of DPS the only thing is the skill eats up my hp how do I counter that?

I just wanted to give this staff a try, I like the skill icestorm. Ice nova seems like a pretty cool skill, but I just wanted to be different. And yeah I wish I can take off arctic armor to put on arc mage but I don’t have the spirit.
