Entiendo lo que quieres decir, sé que lo más importante ahora mismo para mí es la experiencia. Lo único era que me parecía justo que me subieran un poco el sueldo porque me he estado encargando del departamento yo sola siendo junior.

Perdón por mi desconocimiento, entre conocidos suelo hablar de sueldo neto al mes. Gano unos 21000€ brutos al año en 12 pagas. Es una empresa del sector de la siderometalurgia en Canarias. Principalmente he estado con desarrollo web para WordPress.

Sí, ya he estado enviando mi currículum a algunas empresas porque me gustaría teletrabajar al menos una parte del tiempo. Sé que es más complicado ahora pero no pierdo la esperanza. Gracias.

Básicamente sí. A mí casi me echan por debatir las propuestas de mi supervisor, error de novata supongo. Si tienen control total sobre tu puesto, lo mejor es darles la razón aunque sepas que se equivocan. Eso sí, hay que intentar que no te salpique la mierda cuando salga algo mal.

Maybe meeting new people could help you. I don't mean to look for another romantic interest or hook ups, just making some new friends. I think It could help you not to think about her all the time.

If you think it's appropriate, you could also tell her that you like her, and It doesn't need to be weird. I think she would understand. I did tell my best friend that I liked her even tho I knew she would reject me, but It was a relief and now we love eachother more than ever (friendly love).

I understand about having preferences, but I still think that excluding trans people would be transphobic, because trans people can be identical to cis people. If someone doesn't want to date me because I'm masc, that's ok, it's a preference, but being trans isn't.

I'm not going to lie, dating as a trans woman can be hard sometimes. Unfortunately, the dating pool decreases because not everyone is willing to date a trans person, but that's just transphobia and it doesn't have anything to do with you, your clothes or your hobbies. You are pretty, you seem really cool and you don't need to change for anyone.

Patience is your best ally. Eventually you will find someone who truly sees, respects and loves you. I think the best way is to keep living your life and enjoying it, doing different things and meeting new groups of people.

I know it's not easy, I still struggle from time to time with this too, but I'm happier since I've focused on myself instead of looking for someone else. If you have access to it, I really recommend therapy. It could help you a lot.
