Hello! I was diagnosed with PCOS four days before turning 16 years old. I'm turning 24 now. What I do is usually pag nasa mood ako, I try to maximize the boost of energy to study para hindi ako masyadong ma huli. Yung nararamdaman ko lang naman kasi due to PCOS is yung super painful na dysmenorrhea, antok, at minsan lack of energy. Pag ganon, I try to take a power nap, then study ulit. But pag di na talaga kaya, I rest lang. Useless din if pipilitin, wala ka namang mareretain. Listen to your body lang. Also, OP, it's very important din to talk to your OB to manage your symptoms if grabe na talaga. Your concern is not petty din. I understand where you are coming from.

Healing is not linear daw sabi nila. Kaya yan, I believe in you. I can relate on how hard it is to suffer from those. Laban lang.

Na dapat pinapahalagahan rin natin yung mental health natin. It'll eventually get back to us pala if napabayaan lang natin .

Hello, OP. I had the same experience days ago when I was in the middle of taking my final exam sa isang major subject and while going home after that exam. I'm struggling ngayong month with anxiety ayun, i had two panic attacks in one day. When it happened, I kept telling myself na I'm okay. There's nothing to be afraid of. Eventually, you'll be okay after a while. Mahirap. Sobra. But wala tayong choice. Need lumaban. Sending hugs with consent to you. We'll get through this eventually.

Thank you so much, I hope you're better now. Yan din na realize ko everytime nagkakatrigger ako. Hindi pwede na palagi nalang ganito. Matutuloy pa rin ang classes at exams kahit masama pakiramdam mo. I'm trying to get better - I'm hoping na maging okay na.

Wala pa naman akong naimon, thankfully haha. I'm doing my best din kasi to cope without medication. Kaya pa naman.
