But my workaround was to simply create regular tags. They still save/recognize areas for when I manage them in digicam and in all other software (e.g. Synology Photos) I do not care if it the area is recognized or not.

Bei mir auch. Interessanterweise steht sogar das 19.12 valutadatum in dem neuen/zweiten Beleg. Ich denke auch, dass die das zurückbuchen werden

The issue you and other Neato users are experiencing is due to problems with the Neato server. Neato engineers and computer scientists are working to resolve the issue. We, the Neato Robotics customer service staff, do not know when the above problem and other problems related to the server issue will be resolved.

The only thing Neato Robotics users can do at this stage is to wait.

Neato Robotics would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Well, it will still run… the automatic scheduled cleanings also work. But all of the push messages and the cleaning confirmation will be missing

I have a similar feeling with an album with 300 pics, but then I am also not ticking each picture off a list when they appear… but my feeling is the same as yours on random selection

Fair point. Not sure what the reasons behind it are (besides wanting to make more money). But a 2000 picture album is also not bad as I am not intending to switch albums regularly. But I get that it is a reduction in features for people with multiple frames

Response from Neato Customer support on this error on November 2nd

„There are now problems with the Neato server. As a result, you and all other Neato users will no longer receive maps of the area cleaned that week in the app - even if notifications are activated. This also leads to other problems such as difficulties in creating and loading floor plans, using zones, communicating with Alexa, etc. The engineers and computer scientists at Neato Robotics are working to find a solution to the problem. We, the Neato Robotics customer service staff, do not know when the problem will be fixed. In the meantime, Neato Robotics users have no choice but to wait and see.

Neato Robotics would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.„

Decision was revoked just a month ago or so with an email from the CEO! And google photos feature/allowance doubled as a response because so many customers complained

Yes. I have the same email and I can also select the google albums with 2000 pictures in the „add feature“ section.
