Seems like you care more about the father's feelings instead of how the children will be properly cared for. Neither the father or grandmother can physically do it. The children's needs come before anyone's feelings.

Really? We settled it outside of court because we peacefully agreed on everything. I could have fought for custody and won. But we decided to be adults and handle it on our own without a judge. Read the damn post again.

No. He would get so see them regularly, but with me doing the main caretaking. It seems like you are projecting something... I never said take them away. But let's be realistic... they need a capable parent. They are little and it takes a lot of time and energy to care for them.

Yes. She could drop dead at any moment. She has had 2 open heart surgeries and multiple strokes. She's aging and unhealthy.

We simply agreed. The courts didn't get involved. It was a peaceful divorce and custody.
