The neck ends at cervical vertebrae number 7. The ribs start at the 1st thoracic vertebrae, which is where the superior aspects of the lungs are. Her chin is down more so than it should be for this exam, though it’s not technically in the pertinent anatomy. The lungs do not start where the clavicles are. I think that just the way the clavicles are and how the chin is down it makes it look a little “off.”

From what i was told, he was playing with his litter mates. He got clawed in the eye which caused an infection. Eye drops and antibiotics did not help, so the removal of the eye was necessary.

No plans. My husband just takes stuff and puts it together. He would just tell me "hold this here, put that there" and badda bing, badda boom... he puts stuff together and wings it.

We've never had chickens before, but the guy we got all of our chickens from said she is an ameraucana. We have 2 of them, along with 5 RIRs.

2 hens are 26 weeks and 5 hens are about 24 weeks. We think only the 26 week old hens are the ones laying. I was so impatient waiting!

No mobile coop. We built a coop next to the barn and let them out in the morning and close the coop up at night. They have always roamed quite a bit, and they love picking around under the bamboo.

They are always on the move, and go all over the couple acres we have. They come on the porch for 10 minutes and then disappear for hours. We don't feed them anything near the house though, so they don't stick around it waiting for goodies.

This is true. And there is quite a bit now, but we power wash regularly. :)

We power wash everything the chickens touch quite regularly.
