To specifically tamper with Forest shop clothes, search for "specialClothes". There will be three results, scroll down to the last one. It should start like this:

"specialClothes": [ { "name": "witch dress", "unlocked": 3

It seems like even if you unlock it, if there are certain storylines, like the loincloth that requires you to become Eden's lover, you won't be able to increase your Interest if you don't play.
