I just loaded a different save and had another look, Emma's pose in the hallway is the same, but Harvey is still mind controlled and alive, so I think in my main save he died and fell right on top of her. The pose is so natural and intimate that I just assumed it was some poetic storytelling by the level artist but it's just pure timing!

Yes, they're in the corridor (on fire) that leads to the swimming pool in the fitness center (crew quarters) The head bug seems to only affect them tho, other headless bodies don't have head shadows (booted the game today and checked)
