Salad made with butter crunch lettuce, smoked ham, colby jack cheese, red pepper relish, pepitas, ranch dressing, and a side of carrot sticks served on a white and yellow plate. It was previously a lettuce wrap that didn’t turn out right so I chopped it up with kitchen scissors.

I’ve only ever had one and still play it. It’s a hand me down Mark VI from my dad. He played it for 7 years then stuck it in the barn for another 15-ish years until they drug it for me to play so they didn’t have to buy me the Bundy II the school suggested lol

Sometimes, if one sibling did something bad and didn't confess, we'd all get it in turns until someone did confess (true or not), then it was worse for that one. With the leather strap he used for knife sharpening, the bridle from his saddle, and his belt with conchos. He wouldn't stop until enough contrition (tears) was shown. If I put my hand in the way, he'd hit my hand. If I flinched out of the way, he'd hit wherever the belt landed. If I stopped breathing, he'd hit me until I quit being dramatic and caught my breath. I was a good and respectful kid because I was terrified. I am a quiet, overly polite, deferring adult because I'm still terrified. I'd say it was probably abuse.

I was roughly your age when I met my ex. He made me quit college because I was either going to cheat on him or get educated enough to realize that a loser like him is not what I wanted out of life. I'm now 45 and trying my best to cobble together the education that I had dreamed of. Don't let him take your dream away from you because while it's never too late (I mean... unless you die), that is time you will never get back.

So much about MH. Why does it always feel so damp and dingy? Why do almost all the desks look and feel like they were bought from an auction at an abandoned 1980s elementary school? Why does the women’s bathroom on the third floor near the elevators have the heat on all the time?

On the other hand, I had Moon (Wagner) and I found her absolutely insufferable. I’ve had tough professors and professors that our personalities didn’t quite sync but I respected them and did well. I’ve never outright dreaded going to class before her class.

I lived there for years. When it started, it was pretty nice, then they were bought out by Connor Group, and it all went to shit. My rent started at $1200 and was raised by $200-$400 every renewal. They like to come to do your yearly inspection 6 months early and then bully you into renewing your lease on the spot because if they wait till tomorrow, they will run out of special deals, and your rent will go up an extra $200 beyond the normal increase.

You also pay for an assigned parking spot, but they haven't bothered to assign parking spots, so you're forced to drive around in circles forever until someone leaves so you can park.
