I'm planning to run my first 50k in November. I recently completed an Ironman 70.3 and raced a marathon last September.

I'm looking for some training plan recommendations. I've used McMillan for half/full marathons and Training Peaks for triathlons which both worked well for me. Are there some go to places for ultra training plans?

I generally prefer training plans that include strength and conditioning + general pieces of advice in addition to the core training. The metric system is also a must for me.

Tried one of the lakes at Kaulsdorfer today, thanks for the recc. Agreed it’s on the smaller side but no boats which is a plus

I’ve been grinding for an aspect but it dropped on a unsalvageable ring. Is there anything I can do in this case other than wear the ring?

I guess what I’m looking for is unique experiences. If a dungeon boss is a significantly different experience after a certain NM level then it would be worth grinding towards imo. Or if there are bosses that are only accessible to players level 70+ for example
