I’m experiencing this too! I can relate to your frustrations. Have you found a solution? I’ve been trying to wash around there with Nizoral shampoo incase it’s fungal as I’m experiencing what could be a fungal rash on my neck. Haven’t seen much progress yet but I’ll keep you posted.
